Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) and the visiting Lunenburg Blue Knights (Lunenburg, MA), witnessed Clinton's softball squad prevail over Lunenburg by a count of 10-2.

The Gaels now sport a 17-1 record. They play next when they host Advanced Math & Science Academy for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 24. Clinton will face a Eagles squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Uxbridge (Uxbridge, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Lunenburg moves to 7-8 on the season.
