The crowd at Saturday's league test between the Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) and the host West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK), saw Service's soccer squad get by West Anchorage by a count of 1-0.
The Cougars now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Bettye Davis East Anchorage for a Cook Inlet test on Tuesday, April 16. Service will meet a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, West Anchorage drops to 1-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to meet the Wolverines in a Cook Inlet test on Friday, April 19. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 5-0. South Anchorage won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Colony (Palmer, AK)
