With the triumph, Meridian advances its record to 5-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Skyline (Front Royal, VA) to battle the Hawks in a Northwestern match on Friday, April 25. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 5-5.

Next, the Atoms face the Mount Vernon Majors (Alexandria, VA) in a National battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Annandale will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Majors enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Osbourn (Manassas, VA).
