The Mintz Christian Academy Lions (Roseboro, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Sandhills Classical Christian Lions (Whispering Pines, NC), 10-0 in Monday's league challenge.

The Lions now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Antioch Christian Academy for a Carolinas Christian challenge on Thursday, April 17. Mintz Christian Academy will clash with a Gators team coming off a 14-3 league win over Liberty Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Gators record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Sandhills Classical Christian drops to 2-5 on the year. The Lions host Christ the Cornerstone Academy (Laurinburg, NC) to clash with the Defenders in a Carolinas Christian challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Defenders go into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Christ the Cornerstone Academy 7-7 in their recent non-league challenge against The O'Neal School (Southern Pines, NC)
