The Shippensburg Greyhounds softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Boiling Springs Bubblers to 2 in the Greyhounds league win on Monday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern York for a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle on Tuesday, April 15. Shippensburg will confront a Polar Bears team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Boiling Springs moves to 6-6 on the season. The Bubblers travel to Big Spring (Newville, PA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 6-4. Big Spring lost 10-0 in their recent non-league battle against Chambersburg (Chambersburg, PA)
