The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) and the host Jacksonville Cardinals (Jacksonville, NC), saw New Bern's lacrosse team achieve victory over Jacksonville by a margin of 9-3.

The Bears (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks enter the Big Carolina/Northeastern Coastal challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, First Flight edged Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC), 9-6, in a league challenge.

The Cardinals (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Rams enter the Big Carolina/Northeastern Coastal challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Havelock was overwhelmed by J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC), 19-12, in a league challenge.
