Connecticut High School Softball - McMahon bested by Staples

April 15, 2025: Westport, CT 06880

The Staples Wreckers triumphed over the visiting McMahon Senators softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wreckers play the Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Staples will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 21-0 league win over Lakeview (Litchfield, CT).

The Senators (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Black Knights enter the Fairfield County challenge with a 2-1 record.
