Texas High School Softball - South Houston bested by Shadow Creek

The Shadow Creek Sharks triumphed over the host South Houston Trojans softball squad by a count of 19-3 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Sharks play the Sam Rayburn Texans (Pasadena, TX) in a 6A Region III District 22 challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Shadow Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 12-14 season record. The Texans enter the challenge with a 4-21 record after their 19-8 league loss to Pasadena Memorial (Pasadena, TX).

The Trojans (0-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Pearland (Pearland, TX). The Oilers enter the 6A Region III District 22 challenge with a 24-6 record. In their last challenge, Pearland overcame Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX), 14-3, in a league challenge.
