Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA), 13-0 in a league challenge.

The Hawks now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Sherando for a Northwestern challenge on Friday, April 19. Skyline will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Strasburg (Strasburg, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Manassas Park falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Albemarle lost 14-0 in their recent league challenge against Louisa County (Mineral, VA)
