Spectators at Monday's league match between the Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) and the visiting Manassas Park Cougars (Manassas Park, VA), witnessed Skyline's softball squad overcome Manassas Park by a final score of 15-4.

The Hawks (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Wildcats go into the Northwestern battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Warren County was routed by Fauquier (Warrenton, VA), 10-0, in a league battle.

The Cougars now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Meridian for a Northwestern battle on Tuesday, April 9. Manassas Park will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 9-0 league loss to Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.
