California High School Softball - Bolsa Grande sneaks past Rancho Alamitos

The Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) softball nipped the host Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA), 12-11 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Matadors now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Magnolia for a Orange outing on Friday, April 18. Bolsa Grande will confront a Sentinels team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA). The Sentinels record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Rancho Alamitos moves to 7-6 on the season. The Vaqueros host Century (Santa Ana, CA) to confront the Centurions in a Orange battle on Friday, April 18. The Centurions come into the battle with a record of 6-8. Century won 32-6 in their recent league battle against Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA)
