The De Soto Wildcats baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host West Chargers to 2 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS). The Timberwolves go into the non-league match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Blue Valley Southwest gained a win over Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Chargers (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Piper (Kansas City, KS). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Piper gained a win over Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS), 10-0, in a non-league match.
