The De Soto Wildcats baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host West Chargers to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (9-1) will now prepare for their match against Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS). The Timberwolves go into the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Blue Valley Southwest ran past Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Chargers (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Piper (Kansas City, KS). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Piper ran past Sumner Academy (Kansas City, KS), 10-0, in a non-league match.
