In Wednesday's league outing, the host Burroughs Burros softball team scored a close 11-5 win over the Hesperia Scorpions.

Coming up next, the Burros encounter the Oak Hills Bulldogs (Hesperia, CA) in a Mojave River outing, on Friday, April 19. Burroughs will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 13-6 record after their 7-4 league loss to Sultana (Hesperia, CA).
