The Eagles now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freehold Township for a Shore - A North challenge on Friday, April 19. Middletown South will face a Patriots squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Manasquan (Manasquan, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Manalapan falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Braves host St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to face the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18.
