Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Chester holds off Academy Park

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Chester Clippers (Chester, PA) and the host Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), saw Chester's baseball team gain a win over Academy Park by a tally of 17-13.
The Clippers (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA). The Patriots enter the Delaware Valley battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Penn Wood was overwhelmed by Chichester (Boothwyn, PA), 15-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Knights face the Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA) in a Delaware Valley battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Academy Park will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Buccaneers enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 7-1 league loss to Chichester (Boothwyn, PA).
