The Bishop McNamara Mustangs baseball squad (Forestville, MD), was overwhelmed 17-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC)
With the triumph, St. John's moves its record to 21-1 on the season. The Cadets travel to Gonzaga (Washington, DC) to confront the Eagles in a Washington Catholic contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 12-9. Gonzaga won 5-3 in their recent league contest against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD)
The Mustangs now possess a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paul VI for a Washington Catholic contest on Tuesday, April 22. Bishop McNamara will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 18-5.
