Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) and the visiting El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA), witnessed Tustin's lacrosse squad gain a win over El Modena by a count of 9-6.

The Tillers (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA). The Jaguars enter the Empire test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Segerstrom nipped California (Whittier, CA), 9-8, in a league test.

Next, the Vanguards battle the Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) in a Crestview test, on Monday, April 21. El Modena will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Comanches enter the test with a 8-10 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA).
