The Southern Alamance Patriots baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Hillside Hornets to 3 in the Patriots league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots (10-8) will now prepare for their match against Person (Roxboro, NC). The Rockets go into the non-league match with a 11-7 record. In their last match, Person gained a win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC), 10-0, in a league match.
The Hornets (2-13) will now prepare for their match against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Patriots go into the DAC-VII 4A match with a 10-9 record. In their last match, Southern Alamance was overwhelmed by Person (Roxboro, NC), 6-4, in a non-league match.
