North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Apex drops to Middle Creek

In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-11 victory over the Apex Cougars.
The Mustangs now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apex Friendship for a Southwest Wake test on Thursday, April 20. Middle Creek will face a Patriots squad coming off a 27-7 league win over Cary (Cary, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 11-2.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) in a Southwest Wake test, on Thursday, April 20. Apex will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the test with a 13-3 record after their 17-11 league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC).
