The Wylie Bulldogs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Coronado Mustangs to 3 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Wylie improves its record to 25-6 on the year. The Bulldogs host Cooper (Lubbock, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a 5A Region I District 4 game on Friday, April 21. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 8-8. Cooper lost 18-5 in their recent league game against Abilene (Abilene, TX)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Cooper Cougars (Abilene, TX) in a 5A Region I District 4 game, on Friday, April 21. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 6-11 record after their 11-1 league loss to Monterey (Lubbock, TX).
