The Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL) softball routed the host Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL), 6-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Pirates go into the West Suburban - Gold bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Proviso East held off Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL), 21-5, in a non-league bout.
