The Hartsville Red Foxes softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host North Myrtle Beach Chiefs to 7 in the Red Foxes league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Hartsville moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Red Foxes host West Florence (Florence, SC) to clash with the Knights in a AAAA Region 6 game on Friday, April 21. The Knights come into the game with a record of 11-7. West Florence won 4-0 in their recent non-league game against Darlington (Darlington, SC)

In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the South Florence Bruins (Florence, SC) in a AAAA Region 6 game, on Friday, April 21. North Myrtle Beach will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Bruins come into the game with a 5-3 record after their 12-1 non-league win over East Clarendon (Turbeville, SC).
