The Westwood Redhawks routed the host Irmo Yellowjackets softball squad by a final score of 14-6 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Redhawks (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Ridge View (Columbia, SC). The Blazers go into the AAAA Region 5 battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Ridge View notched a victory over Richland Northeast (Columbia, SC), 15-0, in a league battle.
