Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA), 7-6 in a league battle.
The Rebels now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grovetown for a 5A-6A Area 7 battle on Saturday, April 20. Effingham County will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 20-0 league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-15.
