The Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) softball routed the host Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT), 19-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Colonels (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT). The Wildcats go into the Eastern Connecticut - Large bout with a 5-2 record.
The Wolverines now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bacon Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 21. Griswold will confront a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-9 league loss to Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-4.
