In Wednesday's league contest, the Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) lacrosse squad routed the host High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), by a count of 16-8.

Coming up next, the Camels confront the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont contest, on Thursday, April 20. Atkins will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 9-7 league win over North Davidson (Lexington, NC).

The Bison now own a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McGuinness for a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont contest on Thursday, April 20. High Point Central will confront a Villains squad coming off a 16-6 non-league win over Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Villains record now stands at 10-3.
