The Ramapo Raiders softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Ridgewood Maroons to 1 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Ramapo improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Raiders host Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ) to clash with the Indians in a Big North game on Friday, April 21. The Indians come into the game with a record of 1-4. Wayne Valley lost 6-3 in their recent league game against Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ)

In their next game, the Maroons clash with the Pascack Valley Panthers (Hillsdale, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 20. Ridgewood will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 23-0 league win over Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ).
