The Topsail Pirates triumphed over the visiting West Brunswick Trojans lacrosse team by a score of 16-0 in Friday's league match.

With the win, Topsail upgrades its record to 16-0 on the season. The Pirates host New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to play the Wildcats in a Mideastern match on Tuesday, April 23. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 11-5.

With the defeat, West Brunswick drops to 4-10 on the season. The Trojans host Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Vikings in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, April 23. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 4-11.
