The South Brunswick Cougars lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the host New Hanover Wildcats to 2 in the Cougars league win on Friday.
The Cougars (9-6) will now prepare for their match against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings go into the Mideastern match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Hoggard prevailed over North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 18-6, in a league match.
The Wildcats (3-13) will now prepare for their match against Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Swansboro prevailed over West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 12-7, in a league match.
