The Hardin County Tigers (Savannah, TN) softball routed the host Chester County Eagles (Henderson, TN), 13-7 in Friday's league bout.
The Tigers (10-6) will now prepare for their bout against Jackson South Side (Jackson, TN). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 2-8 record. In their last bout, Jackson South Side was routed by McNairy Central (Selmer, TN), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to South Gibson for a non-league bout on Monday, April 22. Chester County will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 21-7.
