Hardin County Tigers (Savannah, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Chester County Eagles (Henderson, TN), 11-4 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they host Adamsville for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 26. Hardin County will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-12.

With the loss, Chester County falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Eagles host Dyer County (Newbern, TN) to face the Choctaws in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Choctaws enter the challenge with a record of 22-14.
