Santiago Cavaliers (Garden Grove, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host La Quinta Aztecs (Westminster, CA), 11-4 in a league challenge.

The Cavaliers now sport a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they host Loara for a Garden Grove challenge on Monday, April 22. Santiago will face a Saxons squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 7-10.

With the loss, La Quinta falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Aztecs host Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA) to face the Vaqueros in a Garden Grove challenge on Monday, April 22. The Vaqueros enter the challenge with a record of 3-11.
