Illinois High School Softball - Glenbrook North bounces Lakes

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Glenbrook North Spartans softball team scored a nice 12-1 victory over the Lakes Eagles.
The Spartans (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Titans go into the Central Suburban - South match with a 1-13 record. In their last match, Glenbrook South was routed by Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL), 14-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a Northern Lake County match, on Tuesday, April 22. Lakes will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Sequoits go into the match with a 8-5 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL).
