In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Northeast Guilford Rams baseball team scored a nice 15-2 victory over the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles.
The Rams (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, Western Guilford was overwhelmed by Page (Greensboro, NC), 11-1, in a league game.
The Golden Eagles (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers go into the Mid-State 3A game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Dudley was overwhelmed by Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC), 19-18, in a league game.
