In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Cranston West Falcons volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Woonsocket Villa Novans.

The Falcons (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Barrington was edged by Central (Providence, RI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Villa Novans clash with the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 4. Woonsocket will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Townies come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Westerly (Westerly, RI).
