The St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) baseball trounced the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 10-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Cadets now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Carroll for a Washington Catholic challenge on Thursday, April 3. St. John's will clash with a Lions team coming off a 13-3 league loss to The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Lions record now stands at 0-7.
With the defeat, St. Mary's Ryken drops to 7-5 on the year. The Knights travel to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA) to battle the Knights in a Washington Catholic outing on Thursday, April 3. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 8-3. Bishop O'Connell lost 14-8 in their recent non-league outing against Highland (Warrenton, VA)
