Kentucky High School Softball - Bracken County bounces Nicholas County

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Bracken County Polar Bears softball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the Nicholas County Bluejackets.
The Polar Bears (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Bishop Brossart notched a victory over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY), 14-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Bluejackets battle the Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) in a District 38 match, on Thursday, April 3. Nicholas County will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 10-3 league loss to Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY).
