In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Butler Bulldogs softball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Rocky River Ravens.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 21. Butler will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 11-7 record after their 4-3 league loss to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC).
The Ravens (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots enter the Southwestern 4A outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Independence was routed by Myers Park (Charlotte, NC), 4-1, in a non-league outing.
