The Shelby County Wildcats (Columbiana, AL) softball routed the visiting Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL), 17-11 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Ramsay (Birmingham, AL). The Rams go into the non-league bout with a 16-7 record. In their last bout, Ramsay was routed by Leeds (Leeds, AL), 18-0, in a league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to Childersburg for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 26. Comer will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Wellborn (Anniston, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 12-11.
