In Thursday's league test, the host Mooresville Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-12 victory over the South Iredell Vikings.
The Blue Devils now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont test on Monday, April 24. Mooresville will face a Knights squad coming off a 20-4 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 10-9.
In their next game, the Vikings face the SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 25. South Iredell will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The come into the test with a 0-8 record after their 18-5 non-league loss to Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC).
