The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) and the host Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), saw Cumberland's lacrosse team achieve victory over Cranston West by a margin of 10-5.

The Clippers (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pilgrim (Warwick, RI). The Patriots enter the Division 2 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Pilgrim was overwhelmed by Prout (Wakefield, RI), 9-8, in a league challenge.

The Falcons (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI). The Chargers enter the Division 2 challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Chariho edged Coventry (Coventry, RI), 14-9, in a league challenge.
