Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Cranston West can't get by Cumberland

In Monday's league test, the host Cumberland Clippers lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Cranston West Falcons.
The Clippers now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pilgrim for a non-league test on Thursday, May 18. Cumberland will face a Patriots squad coming off a 17-13 league win over Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 11-3.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Wednesday, May 17. Cranston West will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 5-8 record after their 16-5 league win over Coventry (Coventry, RI).
