The Scituate Spartans lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting East Providence Townies to 3 in the Spartans league win on Thursday.
The Spartans (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Thunderbolts go into the Division 4 game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Cranston East prevailed over Classical (Providence, RI), 6-1, in a league game.
The Townies (1-5) will now prepare for their match against North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Northmen go into the Division 4 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, North Smithfield topped Tiverton (Tiverton, RI), 5-4, in a league match.
