In Monday's league test, the visiting Scituate Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 20-4 victory over the East Providence Townies.
The Spartans now have a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Cranston East for a Division 4 test on Wednesday, May 17. Scituate will face a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 8-4 league win over Classical (Providence, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 4-9.
In their next game, the Townies face the Classical Purples (Providence, RI) in a Division 4 test, on Tuesday, May 16. East Providence will attempt to move on its 1-11 season record. The Purples come into the test with a 0-10 record after their 8-4 league loss to Cranston East (Cranston, RI).
