Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Patriot Warriors (Jurupa Valley, CA), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Lions now sport a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hillcrest for a River Valley challenge on Monday, April 24. Arlington will face a Trojans squad coming off a 8-6 league loss to Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 16-9.

With the loss, Patriot falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Warriors host La Sierra (Riverside, CA) to face the Eagles in a River Valley challenge on Friday, April 21. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 8-15. La Sierra lost 14-5 in their recent league challenge against Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA)
