The Henry Hudson Admirals softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls to 7 in the Admirals league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Henry Hudson improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Admirals host St. Rose (Belmar, NJ) to clash with the Purple Roses in a non-league game on Friday, April 21. The Purple Roses come into the game with a record of 2-3.

In their next game, the Garnet Gulls clash with the Toms River South Indians (Toms River, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 22. Point Pleasant Beach will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 10-1 league win over Brick Township (Brick, NJ).
