North Carolina High School Baseball - Jack Britt loses to Cape Fear

The Jack Britt Buccaneers baseball team (Fayetteville, NC), was overwhelmed 13-1 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC)

The Colts now hold a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Douglas Byrd for a United Eight 3A/4A outing on Monday, April 24. Cape Fear will face a Eagles team coming off a 23-0 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-15.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A outing, on Tuesday, April 25. Jack Britt will attempt to advance on its 8-10 season record. The Bears enter the outing with a 11-6 record after their 13-1 league win over South View (Hope Mills, NC).
