The William Byrd Terriers baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Northside Vikings to 2 in the Terriers non-league victory on Friday.
The Terriers (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Blue Demons go into the non-league match with a 9-5 record.
The Vikings (8-6) will now prepare for their match against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Franklin County was edged by Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA), 12-6, in a non-league match.
