North Carolina High School Softball - Draughn bounces Rosman

Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC), 22-1 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lincolnton for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Draughn will face a Wolves squad coming off a 13-2 league loss to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, Rosman falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-13. East Henderson won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC)
